Where do you greet clients in the
Austin Airport?
We greet clients near the Information Desk in baggage claims.
This is in the lower level of the Airport at the bottom of the escalators. We assist with luggage and escort the clients to the vehicle.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can, as long as the cancellation fee is covered
by cash or the credit card on file which was given to guarantee the reservation.
The 72 hour mandatory cancellation fee is $100.00, same day cancellation
fee is 50% of reservation charges, and any reservation cancelled within
2 hours of scheduled pick up time will carry a mandatory 100% fee.

Will I be charged in the
event of late arriving flights or delays beyond my control?
The waiting policy for the airport is as follows: the first
30 minutes after posted arrival time or scheduled pick up time has no
charge. After the 30 minute grace period, waiting time is charged in 15
minute increments.

What happens if I no-show
a flight arrival or scheduled pick up location?
The following is the general guideline relating to “no-shows”:
the customer will be charged the full price of the trip, the 20% gratuity,
and any waiting time or expenses related to the waiting time.

What is your reservation
change policy?
If there is a change made to a reservation, with a minimum
2 hours notice, there will be no charge. If the change is made within
the 2 hours, the client will be charged either the cancellation fee or
the wait time from the original scheduled pick up time.

What is my personal liability
by making this reservation?
This agreement is a contractual arrangement of this company
for the hire of transportation. It pertains specifically to the performance
by the client in the vehicle during the course of reserved time. In addition
to the hourly rate and gratuity for vehicle and chauffeur, any damages
in excess of usual use of the hired vehicle will be charged to the client’s
credit card on file. Minimum fee for excessive use is $100.00. Chauffeur
and Austin Area Limousines reserves the right to end any reservation at
any time for any reason that may, in the chauffeur’s opinion, endanger
the integrity of the vehicle, other passengers, or chauffeur with no refund
for unused time.

Is smoking allowed in
your vehicles?
NO SMOKING is allowed in any vehicle provided by Austin
Area Limousines. Chauffeur and Austin Area Limousines reserves the right
to end any reservation at any time due to non-compliance with no refunds
available for unused time.

Will I be charged if I
end early?
The client is responsible for the full amount of time guaranteed
when making the reservation.
